The event "Festival of Space"
comes from the idea to disclose that part of science that is all
called "The Last Frontier" and sees in the space and related
activities, the future of humanity. The "Festival of Space" see
the light in 2005. The event "Festival of Space," for entry
completely free and open to everyone, always takes place in
sunny and warm Bari. The convention uses the most important
patron of local and national measures that make it more
prestigious.

To the event are also several
related companies. The primary idea of realization of the event
was to promote science in Italy through the non-trivial events
and arguments that could use a language capable of conveying
science to people of all ages and cultural level, with the aim
of contribute actively and concretely, the cultural growth of
the individual and the community as a whole.

We are speaking of old and new
achievements that the human intelligence, yesterday and today
produces tirelessly for the benefit of society. With these
assumptions, the exhibition "Festival of Space" in Bari reveals
an annual event not to be missed for fans, schools and curious.

In these years,
the manifestation in Bari hosted many personalities, among them
are: Dr. Umberto Guidoni (Italian astronaut), Prof. Luciano
Guerriero (former Director of the Italian Space Agency), and
others. The "Festival of Space" operates within a large and
important event, "LevanteCon" that captures and attracts the
attention of many people. The "LevanteCon" is the convention
that sees, inside, intersect with science and science fiction:
two things that run, cross, merge and supportive. The "LevanteCon"
is the only event of its kind in the whole peninsula.
